Lovely view and charming location in the heart of old Istanbul. Fresh and traditional breakfast served by attentive staff. The staff were really good too make our stay really good, providing really good service and assistance. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Istanbul.

Difficult to find at first, could benefit from better directions. Smaller rooms can be cramped, especially on lower floors.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - very close to all the landmarks and in walking distance to Sultan Ahmet tram station. The hotel staff was helpful and kind. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were great. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

Public transport is easily accessible, with a metro bus station just a few minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, making it convenient for dining options. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing local information and arranging taxis. The rooms are cozy and clean, with complimentary slippers provided, and the breakfast is excellent with a variety of options.
The rooms can be a bit small and cramped.

I loved staying at this place. the location is fantastic as it is in the heart of the old city center with many attractions within walking distance. Secondly, the service was excellent, with the staff being very helpful and friendly. Lastly, the spa & wellness center was a great way to unwind after a busy day of exploring and had a range of treatments to choose from.
I recommend this venue to all as it has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Lovely interiors, very romantic atmosphere, and a great location within walking distance of major attractions. Polite and helpful staff who can assist with any problems. Great discounts on food for hotel guests. Excursions available for those interested.
